Customer Service/Sales Support

Located in our Danbury, CT factory

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent phone manner, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment. Responsibilities include quotes, order processing, and contact with domestic/international customers and sales personnel along with various other administrative duties. Minimum 3-5 years experience and computer proficiency required. College degree a plus.

 Lead Service Technician

Located in our Danbury, CT factory

Hands-on Electronic Technician to help develop and lead the Service Department. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent phone manner, a solid technical background, the ability to read schematics, troubleshoot, repair, inspect, test and calibrate a broad range of electronic products. This individual will need to write procedures, interact with customers and multi-task in a fast-paced working environment. Supervisory experience a plus. Minimum 3-5 years experience, vocational school or college degree required.

 Field Sales Manager

Located in the Northeast states
This position requires a seasoned sales person with experience in the instrumentation/sensor field, preferably including relative humidity/dew point/moisture applications.  The successful candidate will need to have a strong technical background preferably with a related engineering degree.  The initial territory will be the Northeast quadrant of the United States.

Internal Technical Sales Engineer

Located in our Danbury, CT factory
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a strong technical background preferably in moisture measurement associated with the sensor/instrumentation industry. This individual should possess excellent interpersonal skills and phone manner along with computer proficiency. This position will provide internal customer and sales support with heavy interaction with the design/manufacturing teams. 3-5 years internal technical sales experience required, a background in Engineering or an Engineering Degree a plus.
